Tomas Schoenberg has over 40 years of institutional commercial real estate experience with particular strengths in transactions and financing. Over the course of his career, Mr. Schoenberg has participated as a principal in transactions exceeding a billion dollars of value, and comprising well over 20 million square feet and over 5,000 multifamily units. From 2005 to 2021 he was Executive Vice President of Investments for The Swig Company, a San Francisco-based, privately-owned commercial real estate investor and operator. Prior to The Swig Company, Mr. Schoenberg was Director of Real Estate for a Berkeley-based, private family real estate company, and Director of Investments for Peninsula-based developer, SARES-REGIS. He also previously held Senior Real Estate Officer positions with Kemper Real Estate Management, Integrated Resources and Metropolitan Life.
Mr. Schoenberg is a native of Argentina and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. He graduated with a BS in Business from the University of California at Berkeley.
